The programme is part of the priority area “Sustainable Economic Development” of the Rwandan-German Development Cooperation. Our objective is to sustainably increase the employment of a skilled workforce.In order to make significant contributions to the overall goal, the programme embodies an integrated approach of technical and vocational education and training, labour market interventions and private sector development. It supports the following economic sectors through joint activities with public and private actors.
