Rwanda Public Private Dialogue (RPPD) aims at connecting the countries’ private and public sector to solve business-related issues. Rwandan women, mostly engaged in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), face several challenges in their daily work, such as overcoming cultural expectations about their proper role in the economy. Therefore women economic empowerment is a key part of this Public Private Dialogue Process in Rwanda.
